The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The AC worked well and the ceiling fan too. The location was convenient for all the sites of Mysore. We visited the Palace, the zoo, the market, the temple at the top of the hill and the railway museum. We also did some shopping and bought new clothes. Tuktuks were always waiting outside to take us where we needed. The staff at the hotel were excellent. Everyone was friendly and the manager at the front desk was especially helpful. He was quick to respond to all our requests, for more water, towels etc. and he offered us a late checkout without us asking as he knew our train wasn’t until later in the day. There is a restaurant next door attached to the hotel. They provide fast room service whenever needed. We will definitely return when next in Mysore and would recommend the hotel to others we know.

We loved the location with a good restaurant downstairs as well as being very close to a large supermarket. The staff were excellent and always looking after us. Plenty of autos around if you need to go anywhwere and not far from the train station. Rooms at the back upstairs were quiet and spacious with air con and fans. The hot shower was the best in India so far. Luggage storage is very helpful and if you dont want to leave your room they can deliver food from the restaurant to your room.

Central location, clean room, and outstanding service. We arrived at 7:00 AM on the night train from Chennai, and the hotel graciously allowed us to check in early. They also went above and beyond by helping us arrange a laundry service. In terms of price, it offers excellent value for money.

I think, you have to improve the break fast facility, You have to add in break fast services for north Indian peoples food, because north indian people not take the south indian break fast on every days, so you have to add the north indian food
